Hello friends, it’s Edward Grinnan, Editor-in-Chief of Guideposts.

‘Tis the season to be…grateful. Jolly comes next. So in the spirit of the season, I’m excited to invite you to join us for a very special Facebook Live event on Monday, November 22nd, at 1:00 p.m. I’ll be joining our Vice-President of Ministries, Ty’Ann Brown, for our annual Thanksgiving Day of Prayer: Grateful in Any circumstances.

It seems like our world has passed through a maelstrom of trouble this past year. We find ourselves worried and anxious about the future and even about the present. I have always found that gratitude for our many blessings is the perfect antidote to negative feelings. It’s impossible to feel troubled when we feel grateful. At least that’s true for me.
